Support Coordination
Homelife has been a registered NDIS Support Coordination Service since 2019.
Your Support Coordinator is your NDIS one stop, to make best use of your NDIS plan.
They will guide you through the NDIS and help you identify and access any supports services you may need. While providing understanding and education on how best to navigate the NDIS, we help you ​build confidence and skills to coordinate your supports.

As well as supporting you to connect and engage with your chosen service providers.
